Horizontal and vertical flip options in video configuration seems swapped.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open kopete configuration.
2. Go  to video tab.
3. Go to options.
4. Click horizontal and vertical flip.

Actual Results:  
Horizontal flip option actually does vertical flip & vertical flip does horizontal flip.

Expected Results:  
Horizontal & vertical flip options should work properly.

Dear user, unfortunately Kopete is no longer maintained.

Please migrate to another solution, e.g. for Jabber a possibility is Kaidan, for Matrix a candidate is NeoChat.
