When a faulty CD is mounted (files can be listed, but copying operations yield IO errors) access to that CD will cause Dolphin to freeze every few seconds.

Closing the places panel makes the freezes disappear.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Mount faulty CD. Copy file from it (for example using dd). The dolphin UI will freeze each time a read operation fails.

Actual Results:  
As above

Expected Results:  
The UI should not freeze. Ideally, the icon of the faulty media could be shown greyed-out or with a small warning sign
