Thanks for the suggestion, but how should it look like if you have e.g. 200 folders and 200 files? I'm asking because for me it is unclear how the scrollbars should be aligned. Should there be multiple columns supported for the folders? If the answer is 'no' then it is clear that we have only a vertical scrollbar. If the answer is 'yes' then it is unclear for me...

Found this report occasionally. I have a wider proposal: - For directories: ability to change look settings per sub-level, just like kwin allowes to set special rules for single window, aplying until it is closed. - For others: how about kpart embedding? ;) Of course, for first case kpart could be used as well, but i'm not sure, how much cost for that. Probably there is some potential for improvement of kpart stuff itself.
