Works after removal/add again

Logging out and back in re-caused the issue, again removing/adding fixed it.

Using KDE version 4.7.8

The plasmoid was pretty much rewritten and lost the popup part (as well as the dataengine part). Since this issue was left behind in the old implementation, I'm closing it as 'unmaintained'.
