Version:           unspecified (using KDE 4.7.2) 
OS:                Linux

After every reboot the time shown in the clock is off (by 7 hours exactly). 




Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
reboot

Actual Results:  
I set the time to local time. (Either manual or automatic update -- same result.)
After rebooting the computer the time is shifted (usually by 7 hours). 

Expected Results:  
correct time...

OS:  Linux 3.1.0-1.2-desktop x86_64
