Description Manolete 2011-11-23 22:22:48 UTC
Version: 4.7.2 (using KDE 4.7.3)
OS: Linux

The notes plasmoid isn't a safe way to keep notes, any error with the file plasma-desktop-appletsrc and all our desktop notes can disappear for ever. Kjots is a nice way not only to organize them but also to keep them safe. Could you add an option to change the color of the Kjots notes plasmoids just like we can do with the "normal" notes plasmoid? It isn't very clear, visually, to have half a dozen notes all with the same color. I know we can change text's color and also adding a background to that text, but it isn't as distinctive as having the whole note's background in different colors, and is way more laborious.

Reproducible: Always

This is a wish request, not a bug, ergo I don't know what to say here.

Yes, should be cool because akonote is broken when using darks plasma style (white text on yellow background)

Ok, forget for my comment, style needs to have stickynotes.svgz

I'm using a dark theme and is difficult to see text
Comment 4 Wolfgang Bauer 2013-07-15 19:38:21 UTC
I commited a patch today that the text color is set to black instead of the plasma theme's text color. This fix will be in 4.11.
So the notes will at least be readable if you're using a dark theme.
