Resources aren't launched on tap. They silently fail - all you get is the spinner for a few seconds.
Tested on 2011-11-22-18-52-basyskom-plasma-active-devel-USB-live.iso

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Tap on any type of resource


Expected Results:  
Resources should be launched on tap

I forgot to say that applications cannot be launched from the application grid either.

I haven't been able to reproduce this issue since a few days, so I'm closing this bug :)
Tested on 2011-11-30-09-32-basyskom-plasma-active-devel-meego-usb-live.iso
