The bactrace isn't any complete but it looks a lot like bug #242116 - are you using the "Aurorae" decoration?

So the answer is "yes" ;-P ("Dark translucent apparently also ships an aurorae theme - that's the titlebar) Assuming you're using that, try "kcmshell4 kwindecoration" - "dark translucent" is actvated? Pick some other one (try oxygen) and the issue is unlikely to remain reproducable. -- Tagging dupe unless OP denies using the "Dark Translucent" Aurorae theme. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 242116 ***
