global presence seems not to be set correctly for other than available modes.

with my gtalk account logged in in both kde-tp and browser I do the following.
from cl I set the presence to available.
both accounts have the same...
then in cl I set a custom message
both accounts show it
now I set myself from cl away...
I am still listed as online and with the previous custom message.

Can you try to reproduce this? I think I fixed this last week.

still present...

It's not a bug, it's a feature. This is how Jabber is designed - there is no "unified global presence", but each connected service/device maintains its own presence. Therefore, you can be online in GTalk/GMail and away in the contact list at the same time.
