Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.7.3) OS: Linux I am using F16: ksnapshot default save directory is: ~/Documents I think it should it be: ~/Pictures or ~/Pictures/snapshots Maybe, it is a distro bad default. Sadly i did not find any "configure/options" in the program to set them. but it seems to remember the last used path. Thanks in advance. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: alt + f2 > ksnapshot or print-screen select save as... the default is ~/Documents Actual Results: one must set it once to ~/Pictures Expected Results: use ~/Pictures by default or ~/Pictures/snapshots (does not exist in fedora) kdebase.x86_64 6:4.7.3-1.fc16 @updates kdebase-libs.x86_64 6:4.7.3-1.fc16 @updates kdebase-runtime.x86_64 4.7.3-10.fc16 @updates kdebase-runtime-flags.noarch 4.7.3-10.fc16 @updates kdebase-runtime-libs.x86_64 4.7.3-10.fc16 @updates kdebase-workspace.x86_64 4.7.3-12.fc16 @updates kdebase-workspace-libs.x86_64 4.7.3-12.fc16 @updates
Hello! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this project has been unmaintained for many years and I will be closing this bug. Spectacle is the replacement for ksnapshot now. Please test again and file a new bug for Spectacle if you still have issues. Thank you!
