You should be able to drag and drop languages in the list to change their priority. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Make sure you have more than one language installed 2. Open the locale kcm module 3. Click on "Country/Region & Language" 4. Click on the "languages" tab 5. Put more than one language in the "Preferred languages" list 6. Click and drag a language in the "Preferred Languages" list Actual Results: It changes the selection to another language Expected Results: The language you clicked and dragged changes its position in the list
The Language settings were rewritten for 5.13. DND is still not there but will come in 5.14.
