- What I was doing when the application crashed:
I tried to add a Default Panel as the original one is not there
Shutdown the system and booted in failsafe mode, same issue
- Unusual behavior I noticed:
Information popups, context menus etc. do not disappear after a little while, desktop gets crowded with unused windows that are not active

The crash can be reproduced every time.
