Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.7.2) OS: Linux When starting KDE with a saved session, kwallet password is needed to launch critical services e.g. allow SSID retrieval for wifi. However, as a number of other applications are also starting the dialogue box gets lost beneath the other applications, resulting in network-dependent applications (among others) failing to start correctly e.g. auto-session restore in web browsers. Given you have option of cancelling wallet if not needed, the most likely next step for most users after logging in will be to authorise the wallet ergo dialogue should launch with "always on top" by default. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Log into KDE with saved session. Watch kwallet dialogue popup and then get drowned. Wait patiently for all the desired apps to be launched then locate popup and complete entering wallet password. Then restart any app that needed the wallet authorisation (or reload all tabs in browser). Actual Results: I get annoyed with additional and entirely unnecessary delay Expected Results: It should launch dialogue box as always on top so that I don't get as I get to just enter the password while other apps launch in background.
