Version:           1.99.0 (using KDE 4.7.3) 
OS:                Linux

normally you adapt the language choice to the person to which you will send the message then th choice of dictionary should reflect this and not be a global choice

Reproducible: Didn't try


Actual Results:  
change dictionary base on text being editedon 

Expected Results:  
automatic choice based on addressee
