Hello,

I've noticed that there's a wrong catalan translation in Kmail. Save as draft and "save as template" menu options are exchanged in catalan, so when you click on menu "Desa com esborrany" (Save as draft) it really saves a template. And vice versa.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Open a message.
Select menu "Message"


Expected Results:  
Fix translations so when you click on menu "save as draft" you really save a draft, not a template.

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 3.0.0-12-generic

I cannot replicate your issue using kDE 4.7.3 and KMail and Chakra Linux. What distribution are you using?

I am using Kubuntu 11.10. 

When I click on "Desar com a plantilla" (Save as template) message is saved in "drafts" folder instead of "Templates" folder as expected.

If I change language interface and I save as template, the message is saved in templates folder, as expected.

I tried to reproduce this error, in a Kubuntu installation with KDE 4.7.3 from ppa (in a virtual machine). But I always get the expected translation, so I could not reproduce the bug.

Also, I reviewed the Catalan kmail translation (http://websvn.kde.org/branches/stable/l10n-kde4/ca/messages/kdepim/kmail.po?revision=1264773&view=markup), and it seems correct:

For my testing, I downloaded the Catalan KDE translation package:

Could you verify that you have a proper Identity configuration? Take a look at Identity configuration> Advanced tab and check if the folder name is the correct one.

To determine where is the problem, you could search for a file named 'kmail.mo' through your system. You can use 'locate' command to search this file:

$ locate kmail.mo

For each 'kmail.mo' file you find, you must convert it in a readable format with 'msgunfmt' command (you need the 'gettext' package installed in your system). In one of the readable file you will find the buggy translation. For example:

$ msgunfmt /usr/share/locale/ca/LC_MESSAGES/kmail.mo

Please, could you put in a new comment the headers of the file with the buggy translations.

We change the status of this bug because all evidences point to a distribution/configuration problem on the reporter's system.
