when playing a vob video with multiple audio tracks, dragon player does not detect them. audio channel in settings is greyed out, while totem is able to see all the available tracks.

How am I supposed to follow the instructions from the link you provided about the crash?

There is no way to crash the application so how am I supposed to do that part?

There is no crash related so there's no need to generate a backtrace.
