Trying to use kopete for MSN, but it's stuck in "Connecting". pidgin works fine, kmess works fine after adding a patch that fixes handling of http redirects.

reporting the version as "unspecified" since kopete --version says 1.1.2 which is not in the list.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
try using kopete 1.1.2 with msn... observe it being stuck in "Connecting..."

Actual Results:  
see above

Expected Results:  
it should work... :)

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 3.1.0-1.2-desktop
Compiler: gcc
