Version: unspecified (using Devel)
OS: Linux

This is a Feature Request.
Tarot is widely popular with different spreads and their readings. Kpat already has the framework to lay out cards. I am requesting something extra here. As each card comes with its own readings and every deck will have its own specific set of cards, it may be a bit tricky to do it. Please check out orphalese for pointers.

A good tarot layout interface. Flexibility comparable to Orphalese. Minimal deck supported should be Rider-Waite (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rider-Waite_tarot_deck). Support for decks of different number of cards.

sorry, but tarot is a completely different story and while such an application should be fairly easy to write using the kdegames libraries, this won't be kpat.

I should mention here that much of KPat's card rendering, animation, layout and interaction has been moved into a separate library, libkcardgame. Libkcardgame is intended to be flexible enough to support many different deck types.

In fact, a while back I considered doing a libkcardgame example/test using a tarot deck, but gave up when I couldn't find a free SVG tarot deck.
