Version:           1.7 (using KDE 4.7.0) 
OS:                MS Windows

Dolphin does not show content of the folders - there is empty list when you enter the folder and this message in statusbar:
"Could not start process Cannot talk to klauncher: The name org.kde.klauncher was not provided by any .service files."

KDE File dialog also in the same situation though I can successfully save files with it.

Some observations:

If after computer restart do not launch Dolphin, then KDE File dialog some time would work correctly. But starting Dolphin spoil file dialog with 95% probability.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Just launch Dolphin after reboot

Actual Results:  
Error message "Could not start process Cannot talk to klauncher: The name org.kde.klauncher was not provided by any .service files." and empty file list

Expected Results:  
Normal work

OS: WindowsNT (i686) release Windows 7
Compiler: cl.exe

I've removed settings folder C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\.kde and install folder. Then reinstalled KDE with mingw32 - same story.

Dolphin from KDE 4.5.4 works as expected

I have the same problem on KDE 4.7.4

I failed to reproduce the reported problem using KDE SC 4.7.0 on Windows XP.

	1. My Post Subject was NOT "Dolphin does not show content of the folders", so did you really mean to be writing to me? My Subject is "KMyMoney v4.6.2 (Windows) Help error "requested help file could not be parsed"".

	2. If you did mean to write to me, the answer is YES. My Post said so, viz; "I am currently using KMM 4.6.2 & KDE 4.8.0".
	3. FYI, next is copy & paste from my KMM's Help - About KDE:

"KDE - Be Free!

I'll close this bug for now. It seems like the issue was fixed with KDE 4.8 & Dolphin does not really support Windows anymore.
