from time to time, emails are not sent and remain in the outbox almost forever, until i restart the mail dispatcher agent in akonadiconsole

probably an akonadi bug?

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
send email with kmail2

Actual Results:  
email is not sent

Expected Results:  
email should be sent

We must know why it stop to send mail.
For the moment it works for me.

I have the same problem on kubuntu, sometimes I cannot even restart the agent and I use akonadiconsole to delete and add it, then everything works fine for another while.

Is it online/offline in akonadiconsole ?

After failures it is normally offline, sometimes I can just restart it, others I need to delete the entry to make it work for another while.

I added a method to restart it when we try to send email.
Fixed in 4.7.4
