Did you visit the printer settings page? Are there any other System Settings modules installed that use the Python language?

If the crash is caused by visiting the printer settings page, it would be a duplicate of bug 283611.
Comment 2 Кузнецов Юрий 2011-11-02 16:10:27 UTC
Yes, I visited this page and it works properly.Maybe (imho) this is a Jovie bug, because i can't voice any text using this stuff(but if i run a festival app directly in konsole with some text everything seems to be ok).
Comment 3 Christoph Feck 2011-11-02 16:26:04 UTC
Okey, but the crash is not related to Jovie. Could you report a new bug with exact steps how you setup jovie and at which point it fails?
