during animation, the earth is not upside down

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1) center on Berlin with the north pole pointing downwards
2) press + or - button

Actual Results:  
during animation, the earth is not upside down

Expected Results:  
earth should be upside down

I can not reproduce it. Is it fixed?

No, it's not fixed. Make sure the north pole points downwards (can only be done in globe projection) and zoom in/out. Then you'll see what I mean.
