Version:           4.7 (using KDE 4.7.2) 
OS:                Linux

On Kubuntu 11.10, when I issue the Shutdown command via the Leave menu, the system will halt and not power off.  I verified this when I started Unity on my system and when I selected the Shutdown option from Unity, it powered off the system.  It will shutdown via shutdown -h now

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
Select Leave and then Shutdown or right click the desktop and select shutdown

Actual Results:  
The system would halt but not poweroff

Expected Results:  
The system should have powered down

OS: Linux (i686) release 3.0.0-13-generic-pae

Issue resolved - the configuration in System Settings ->  System Administration -> Login Screen -> Shutdown was incorrect.

Halt was set to /sbin/shutdown -h -P now Reboot to /sbin/shutdown -r now - these fields were blank.

KDE will now shutdown and reboot Linux
