tested, its in now. do we have a more reduced icon though, without chimney, windows and that stuff? it looks far to detailed, as we only use the metaphor "home screen", not a real house.

design comment: the house icon should be in the same style as the battery, wifi and audio icons in the top bar. that means white with grey outline, very reduced to the essence.

the new icon is still too detailed in my opinion. i attached a very basic shape of a house that should do. maybe we can adapt something like this? who is creating the icons currently?

I agree with Fania that the current home icon does not fit the SLC icon style, though some people might consider that a good thing since it has nothing to do with SLC functionally, either.
So what do we do about this?

The icon should git the general style of icons in the panel. If its inconsistency with the SLC icons are needed for clarity of the UI, the SLC icons should probably be grouped visually. The home icon sticking out is the wrong "solution" for that.
