screen shot showing the behavior

Version: 1.99.0 (using KDE 4.7.2)
OS: Linux

As it can be seen in the attached screen shot, KMail does not show "from" and "to" entries for Diaspora notification mails.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Don't know exactly, maybe resulting from the double <<>> braces?

Actual Results:
KMail does not show "from" and "to" entries.

Expected Results:
KMail should show "from" and "to" entries.

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 3.1.0-5.fc16.x86_64
Compiler: gcc

could you send me as private your email ? (if possible)

Which type of header in kmail do you use ?

Regards

I can confirm this, but it seems that they (Diaspora*) are working on the notification emails now.
It had been disabled for a day but now they are coming again and without the double <<>> as in:

from: "XXXXXX (Diaspora*)" <"DIASPORA*" <no-reply@joindiaspora.com>>

Now they have the correct format:

from: "no-reply@joindiaspora.com" <no-reply@joindiaspora.com

So I close it
