Does not auto-configure in blogspot blog or publish; does not fetch ID in blogspot; and no spell check.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Completely remove and re-install. Tried advance mode in pasting the blogspot blog ID.

Actual Results:  
Did not publish. No spell check.

Expected Results:  
Should have published in blogspot.

OS: Linux (i686) release 3.0.0-12-generic
Compiler: gcc

"No spell check" it's already reported in other bugs
