I've got a dualhead X11, screen0 and screen1, NO xinerama. 
Sometimes the focus change of screen or windows with no logic. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Open dolphin, click on Create a new folder (with input modal dialog mode). Input a name in the modal dialog and push enter. The directory is created and selected, but when you push enter to move in the directory, krunner start because the focus is on the desktop. 

Actual Results:  
The focus is loose by dolphin window, it's plasma desktop which should have it.

Expected Results:  
The focus stay on dolphin window.

Same problem on ALT+TAB, sometime the focus is on the second screen, sometimes it just doesn't work. This is very annoying, the focus shouldn't jump from one screen to the other.
