- What I was doing when the application crashed: Adding a new Default Plasma Panel from the "New Activity" Tool Box.

- Unusual behavior I noticed: Approximately 12 hours prior to this incendent, the sytem was idle for nearly 10 hours. Although I could access the desktop, nothing responded. Complete system access (Direct & remote) was impossible.  I thought this was due to an environment issue (overheating of the video card) however, after a soft shutdown (Pressing power button, enabling a clean shutdown.) I restarted the system.  Afterwards, whenever manipulating (moving/resizing) opened windows was and still is choppy and lagging.
