Version: 1.0 (using KDE 4.7.2) OS: Linux Date and Time Settings need to be applied multiple times Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Go to the Date and Time settings in System Settings. Click the "Set date and time automatically" check box, then click apply. Notice how the apply box didn't disable, and still shows. What we can do, now splits into 2 decisions: - Keep pressing the apply button. Then we get an error box that says "Unable to authenticate/execute the action: 6, ". Closing system settings after this caused it to crash for me (segfault). Subsequent attempts to apply the changes, even after following the descriptions below this one, still causes the error and crash. - Press the overview button on the toolbar, and we'll be asked to save the settings (even though we already "applied" them), press apply, and it finally saved. Actual Results: After pressing apply, the apply button still shows. 2 options to take after this. - If we keep pressing the apply button again, an error pops up, "Unable to authenticate/execute the action: 6, ", then System settings seems to crash when we close it. Subsequent attempts to apply the changes, even if we click the overview button, then apply the changes when it says we have unchanged settings (which is the other option we can take), seems to causes the same error and the segfault upon close. - Press the overview button to exit, and it then says we have unsaved settings we should either apply or discard. Press apply, and the settings are applied. Expected Results: It saves the first time when we press apply.
