redundancy of "inbox" and "boîte de réception" folders

Version:           1.99.0 (using KDE 4.7.2) 
OS:                Linux

As Kmail2 was installed not using the proper way to to migration failure of data I ended up with typical english names and customized names for folders ; though I can use customized french names as targets (avoiding like this use of english names) I wonder why it is not possible to either renames those english folders or simply delete them (in such case target would be defaulted to the root of "local folder")

Steps to Reproduce:
particular problem though reported by other users that have used tricks after data migration failure

Actual Results:  
folders of no use

Expected Results:  
typical customized folders without redundancy with a set in another language

provide a way to either delate or rename folders with warning messages if nescessary or propose a fix

Pb with duplicate code was fixed in 4.7.3

We can't rename/delete system folder.
And we will not change it.
