When dragging a tab, a green arrow appears over the actual console, pointing at where the dragged tab would move to. When the arrow disappears, either because the mouse was moved and the arrow is shown on another pair of tabs, or because the dragged tab was released, *sometimes* the arrow icon's bounding rect flashes white, during a single rendering frame. It looks like the kind of thing double-buffering would solve, but that's just speculation. Since the flashing is always white, you need a dark color scheme on the console to notice the glitch.
I just spent five minutes dragging tabs around and I couldn't reproduce this problem. Then it started happening again. Maybe it was just random chance, but I still want to add some more completely unsubstantiated speculation: could it be that the graphical glitch becomes more likely to happen the more times the arrow was rendered during the app's lifetime? I don't see any signs of memory leaking though.
Since the tab moving doesn't use arrows anymore, this bug is outdated.
