- What I was doing when the application crashed:
i was restarting my PC, login

- Unusual behavior I noticed:
Just before that, my mouse didn't interract with KDE any more, the mouse pointer was stuck with the icon it turns when overing a text field, and clicking anywhere doesn't do nothing...
I've alt tab to a terminal that was already open (so shortcuts works), and do : 

sudo aptitude update
sudo aptitude upgrade

it found 90 upgradable package some related to KDE..

I've upgraded and reboot (sudo reboot)

relogin.

The neosomething crashed and the mouse intermittently works.
