Whenever one changes the settings of a plugin e.g. the multi seg kio one a restart is needed for the changes to take effect.

I guess that this has something to do the way plugins are linked to kget. All settings that are in kget (the lib) take effect instantly the others don't.

Still an issue on 20.08.3. Changed per torrent download speed and the change did not take effect.
