Version: 4.1 OS: Linux I am testing nepomuk once again, and finds that searching (using dolphin or krunner) only gives results if the search phrase contains special characters, like æøå. A document containing the words "børneskole" and "evaluering" is found if I search for "børneskole", but not if I search for "evaluering". Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: bko is broken, it does not work with khtml. To reproduce this, use nepomuk in a danish environment, and search for a phrase not containing the letters æøå Actual Results: No files are found Expected Results: files containing the entered phrase should be found OS: Linux (i686) release 3.0-ARCH Compiler: gcc
I suppose you are testing the 4.7 branch or have packages from that branch. In any case that is a bug I introduced a few days ago and fixed shortly after that. Very bad luck to build in between. :/
I'm using kde 4.7.2 from archlinux binary packages. Does this mean something is wrong there?

(In reply to comment #3) > maybe they use 4.7.2 + some patches... We don't. Our KDE is vanilla. soprano 2.7.0 strigi 0.7.6 raptor 2.0.4 https://projects.archlinux.org/svntogit/packages.git/tree/trunk?h=packages/kdebase-runtime
I just checked and it seems 4.7.2 was packaged 2nd of October and I pushed the commit which breaks searched the 30th of September. The fix went in 7th of October. That is too bad. I had hoped the broken commit did not make it into 4.7.2. :/
Thank you both for helping to resolve this. I will look forward to a still improving nepomuk experience 4.7.3 :)
Thanks to andrea for fast reaction! I can confirm that this now works :-)
