Every time I open the last (third) tab in the settings of localization, this error appears. Instead of a list of available languages ​​on the right part of window, there is only this text (in my language, respectively):
- Service "system language" does not provide an interface to "KCModule" keyword "language-selector/language-selector.py". The factory does not support the creation of components of this type.

Possible reasons:
  * Error when you last updated KDE, as a result of which was the cookie from the previous version
  * Have you installed third-party modules settings. (as far as I know - no)



If then, after viewing that localization tab (even if you return to the initial window of system settings and check the other parameters of the system) to close the Preferences window, the window of KDE handler of errors appears.

The crash can be reproduced every time.
