- What I was doing when the application crashed:

This also applies to all media players but not as frequently.
I was listening to a radio station on freeview digital.
I also had thunderbird open, Firefox open with several tabs. No flash sites.
I was also working on some word docs - converting to pdfs.
Crash occurs at irregular times from 5mins to 1 hour (max) and i get audio output unavailable then knotify crashes.
