Description Sergey Shambir 2011-09-27 18:57:47 UTC
Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.7.0)
OS: MS Windows

Selected path has incorrect format (C:/Program Files/Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0/Common7/IDE/getenv.exe). Pressing OK button causes message box with error "Cannot find selected file". Changing slashes or/and quoting does not help. Path without spaces is dropped too.
Sometimes program hangs on quoted path with backsleshes, like "C:\Program Files\Notepad++\notepad++.exe".

Mingw32 binary packages.
Native OS file dialogs enabled in "kdeglobals".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Open system settings, kcm filetypes, select any MIME entry.
Select "Add new" in related application list.
Try to select some specific application throw "Overview" button.

Expected Results:
Dialog should correctly find and accept path selected throw "overview.." button.
