Version: 4.7 (using KDE 4.7.1) OS: Linux I have "no echo" mode for password edits. So it is hard to see if I have actually something entered (e.g. KWallet password) or to clear that stuff because I can't (visibly) select it. Showing the clear button in password edits wouldn't disclose any more information but would improve the usability. Reproducible: Always Expected Results:
I just tested this with Designer, and it works as expected. KWallet probably does not request a ClearButton.
