I am using the 4.7 GIT branch:

My email account received a mail with attachment of size about 6MB. The message is displayed as "new" in KMails message list. If I click at the mail, only the blue "Retrieving Folder Contents; please wait..." screen is shown. Instantly I get at console (where I monotoring Akonadi) the following message:

Several seconds later, the next message at console is:

I tried waiting for a long time but nothing happened. As I am working at the same intranet at which the mailserver is located the download-time should be rather short for the appendix.

Expected Results:  
I would expect that at first only the message contents should be downloaded and displayed. And that then the appendix should be downloaded.
