Description Craig Magina 2011-09-20 15:54:15 UTC
Version: 1.7 (using KDE 4.7.1)
OS: Linux

Dolphin gives me a failed to connect message when I try and create an ssh mounted directory using an ssh-key that is passworded.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Start dolphin
Go to the Network places
Click "Add Network Folder"
Select ssh
Enter in information
Click "Save & Connect"

Actual Results:
Pops up a failed to connect message.

Expected Results:
Pops up a password prompt for the ssh-key.

I tried to add the ksshaskpass binary and setup SSH_ASKPASS in hopes that it would solve it, but that did not change anything.

I can't reproduce the problem in KDE SC 4.8 RC1 (using either sftp or fish protocol). Feel free to reopen if it still happens in recent versions.
