Description Arne Babenhauserheide 2011-09-20 12:56:16 UTC
Version: 4.7 (using KDE 4.7.1)
OS: Linux

Since I updated to kde 4.7.1, I cannot send mails anymore.

KMail now has a new cathegory (Local Folders, side by side with the folder “mail”) and my mails sit in the outbox there. Right-clicking the outbox and selecting “send queued messages” does not help - and also does not get kmail to do any action.

This problem is critical, because it actually stops the main function of KMail to work.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
Use kmail 4.7.0, downgrade to 4.4.10, use that for a moment till you realize that it’s wrong, upgrade to 4.7.1.

Actual Results:
mails sit in outbox and there is a new cathegory “local folders”.

Expected Results:
mails get sent and the old “KMail Folders” continue to get used.

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.39-gentoo-r3
Compiler: x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-gcc
