Description Kevin Brubeck Unhammer 2011-09-19 16:07:56 UTC
Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.7.1)
OS: Linux

With the miniature strip is on (from last time you used gwenview) and you start gwenview by opening an image (ie. the miniature strip is showing on start), the strip is scrolled all the way to the left, instead of being centered on the opened image. This makes organising large collections of photos a real drag.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
Open gwenview and ensure the miniature strip is showing. Close gwenview again.
Open a folder with lots of images, and select one from the "middle", open it in gwenview.

Actual Results:
The miniature strip shows images from the _beginning_ of the folder, so the user has to scroll a lot to find the shown image (alternatively, hide and re-show the strip).

Expected Results:
The miniature strip should be centered on the opened image.

sorry, reproducible should be "happens every time" (at least on my end …)
