If i try to add new network folder on Kate, to edit files on a FTP or SSH server directely, i try to click on Add Network Folder on Kate Filesystem tab, but instead open a new Network Connection dialog, Kate open the link as a simple text file.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1 - Open kate
2 - On the filesystem tab, select the "Network" folder
3 - click on Add Network Folder

Actual Results:
Network Folders open as a simple text file on Kate editor

Expected Results:
Kate needs to open that link as a dialog to add new Network Folder
