Version:           0.13 (using KDE 4.7.0) 
OS:                Linux

When print PDF document with multiple pages per sheet, in this case top of each page go out of printable area.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Open some PDF document, then open File->Print->parameters (on bottom part of print dialog)->Count pages and then select 2 or more pages per sheet.

Actual Results:  
 Printed document cut the top part of each page.

Expected Results:  
Printed sheet must be contain all pages entirely.

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.37.6-0.7-desktop
Compiler: gcc

Can you attach a sample document for which it happens, please? And what are your printer settings/paper you use?

Also, does it happen only with Okular and not other KDE apps?

1. Doc is attached.
2. All settings is default for hp color laser jet 2600n. Printer allocated
on network, for access to him is used HPLIP 3.11.5 and CUPS 1.4.6
3. I try it from LibreOffice 3.3.1  OOO330m19 (Build:8) tag
libreoffice-3.3.1.2  - all was printed is fine.
