Version: 2.2.0 (using KDE 4.7.1) OS: Linux Say you have 3 detected faces (A, B, C). You want to tag A and B with the same name, but you're lazy and don't want to use your mouse too much... Reproducible: Didn't try Steps to Reproduce: In the people recognition process, select the first one (A), enter its name in the input field, and hit enter. As you would guess, A disappears (since it is removed from the "Unknown" tag), B gets selected. Now, you're happy, since B is selected and the cursor is inside the input field, with the same name as previously. So you just have to press "Return" so that B gets tagged Actual Results: B *and* C suddenly get tagged (while C was not selected) Expected Results: only B is tagged, it disappears, C gets selected and you do what you want with it. OS: Linux (x86_64) release 3.0.1-3.fc16.x86_64 (Actually Fedora 15 with kernel from rawhide) Compiler: gcc
I suspect the same problem as 277808, hopefully fixed with my commits from Saturday night
Still a problem in 2.3.0 on Windows. If you click the 'check' icon everything works correctly (only one image tagged), but if you press 'enter' on the keyboard then the current unknown face and the next one in the same album are tagged (causing both images to disappear form unknown faces tag).
Ananta, It still reproducible with current implementation from git/master under windows ? Gilles Caulier
Gilles, I'm not sure. Still having trouble with digiKam not showing photos properly as per my e-mail. I'll try this out this weekend with just a couple photos. -Ananta
