I was on firefox when nepomuk crashed (kate and thunderbird was opened) . 

It's the first time i have problem with him.

This bug occurs all the time randomly (two or three time a day, but i don't know why and how to 
reproduce.

I use http://ppa.launchpad.net/kubuntu-ppa/backports/ubuntu. How can i update KDE with deposit on 
Kubuntu 11.4? I want to do the update to help you.

Hm, this crash is a duplicate of bug 251795. Sadly that one is not fixed yet and I fear that I need to make substantial changes to fix it properly.

What is the status on the originally reported crash in userStatusString()? Can this still be reproduced with KDE 4.7.3 or 4.7.2?
