When changing time in system settings (either manually or via ntp) the clock widget does not update to the new time.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Change the system time in system settings and apply. Note that the widget does not update immediately but waits for the next full minute instead. Meanwhile hovering over the clock shows the correct time in the tooltip.


Expected Results:  
Immediately update time display.
