Description dkorcak 2011-09-04 13:12:40 UTC
Version: unspecified
OS: Linux

as soon as I write any note an error message appears "error while saving - Insufficient permissions in target directory"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Write anything into a basket I created. Basket is saved, but as soon as I write anything into it, error message starts appearing.

Actual Results:
error message starts popping up again and again so frequently I can't even close the program and I have to kill it

Expected Results:
work ;)

I installed the program, then "sudo apt-get purge basket" and then installed again.
I'm on ubuntu 11.04 with gnome gui, quite new to all the linux stuff. I understand you are probably interested only in KDE bugs but if you have an idea where to look for a solution, please let me know.

Which directory are you saving into? Note that using Linux, you _only_ have write permission for your own home directory. If you want to write into other locations, you have to use the root account and change permissions.
