Complaint Dept: Someone....either Kontact or comcast.net is jamming my ability to send out e-mails sometimes after 5 or 6 them, other times after 10 or so.....am I limited on the number of e-mails I send per day and if so...how do I change it? Why is this happening and I would like to get it fixed permanently....I am 72 yrs. old disabled...United States Army, Sergeant First Class - retired, Federal Law Enforcement Officer - retired disabled from gun shots....former United States Air Force.... I have been shot twice serving my country and the public and the computer is my only resource to really enjoy life in the house. I am also President of Federal Police Lodge 1FNH - Fraternal Order of Police....380,000 strong and I have to do a lot of e-mail on this also. I am also politically active as a two service Veteran and retired Cop....this sometimes uses a lot of e-mails to my military and cop associates who work with me. How can I get this problem solved permanently without being interrupted on the amount of e-mails I send out per day or anytime. Sometimes it shuts me down right in the middle of sending my e-mails which is disgusting and frustrating at my age and being disabled to boot with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder....if you know what PTSD is you know what it can do to you when stress is added here at home.....it is very painful and psychologically disturbing.....its bad enough to have to attend PTSD mental health counseling and take medicine's to keep me going everyday. I will more than appreciate anything you can do for me and help me enjoy KONTACT AND COMCAST.NET..and solve the problem with who ever is responsible for my problems. (including some basic ones like the kontact version used or any error message returned by Kontact)

I am not really up to date with a lot of the computer terminology and e- mail problems other than I see the "error problem sign" come up on the "monitor screen" and can not send any e-mails at all for several hours......then I know I got a problem I do not understand unfortunately......a phone call to you at my age would be easier for me to explain.
