I use KDE with two toolbars: one above and one below. Some programs in full screen, or if you use two monitors on top of the bar changes position and is in the middle of the screen. Must remove the bar and create another one again, but keep doing it all the time is boring and annoying .... Could you help?

Actual Results:  
top bar in middle of the screen

Expected Results:  
That top bar is at the right place
